What changes when you change an input?
Changing a record’s actual or baseline cost recalculates its difference and the total. Audit-coverage switches change conditional invoice priority. Missing evidence, approval or preserved-service support moves a record into human review instead of treating its difference as an avoidable-cost finding.
Computed: Per-record actual-minus-baseline differences, modeled total, conditional invoice priority and review explanations.
Published baseline: The original evidence stages, reconstruction flow, modeled-delta waterfall and baseline figures above remain prepublished evidence. This scenario and the separate runnable CSV sample do not replace them.

From invoice rows to an exception report
USD only; five supported units; inclusive dated rates; no credit memos or FX. Up to 1 MB per CSV, 5,000 invoices and 2,000 rates; browser table shows at most 200 rows.
Interactive comparison controls require JavaScript. The model, fixture and CLI remain independently reproducible without a browser.
